Ms. Chinatsu Kawakami contacted and visited laboratories at the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. During my visit, I had the opportunity to observe their research environments and exchange ideas with students and researchers. I also gave a seminar to present my own research and received valuable feedback.

It was a challenging trip, traveling alone to several cities to present my research. However, I believe that I was able to develop my communication and resourcefulness skills through the experience of negotiating with overseas researchers in advance and dealing with unexpected situations in the field.
Thanks to the support from my home laboratory and the host laboratories, I was able to conduct this independent research trip.
