I attended a research conference specializing in yeast. Such specialized academic meetings are different from large general conferences because they provide the opportunity to engage in in-depth research discussions with experts in the field. This makes them a precious opportunity to advance your own research. Once again, I could attend the conference without any personal expenses thanks to the support of the travel grant offered by the Humanics program. This is a rare opportunity in other graduate programs and one of the values of this program. I encourage all of you to consider enrolling in Humanics program and to take advantage of the generous support to advance your own research.
