【Event Report】The Networking Event among the WISE Programs of University of Tsukuba, Kanazawa University and Hiroshima University.
On September 29, 2023, a networking event was held online among the "Ph.D. Program in Humanics" of University of Tsukuba, "The Frontier Development Program for Genome Editing" of Hiroshima Univ. and the "WISE Program for Nano-Precision Medicine, Science, and Technology" of Kanazawa Univ.
About 60 faculty members and students from three universities participated in the event, which aimed to expand knowledge and perspectives, increase motivation, and strengthen networking through exchanges that transcend the boundaries of universities and disciplines.
After introductions of each program, the students were divided into small groups, and exchanged information and opinions on a variety of topics such as their research activities.
This was the first time for the Humanics students to participate in the event, and many students said that they benefitted from this exchange.
